This is a strengthening and toning DVD rather than a cardio workout. Ideal for beginners to intermediate bellydancers as a lot of basic moves are explained and put together in combinations. Two performances by Rania included, one with a sword, the other a lively caberet (using moves from the class shimmy drill).
Good Points: really good way to tone tummy, back, legs and arms. The bonus workout is for legs and buns that really does build muscle! This is vital as leg strength is very important to bellydance.
Drawbacks: this would aggravate any existing lower back injuries due to the amount of camels and undulations. Would be better if she reminded people to use their tummy and tuck the tail under especially towards the end as the audience gets tired.
